AUDIT, Research and Travel Award (ART award) - Now Twice a year
WoSOA invites applications for the WoSOA award(s) for excellence in Obstetric Anaesthesia. The awards will be presented to up to four trainees / medical students per year (two awards twice a year), and may be used for audit, research or travel. Each award is of £250, (or £500 if only one is awarded) and application is open to all trainee anaesthetists and medical students.
An application form is available on the WoSOA website (wosoa.org.uk) and should be submitted by 2 April or 1 October.
A panel of experts will judge the entries and the winners will be contacted.
The winners may be asked to make a short presentation at a future WoSOA meeting to demonstrate the use of their award.
Any further queries can be addressed to Ross Junkin.
