AIMS
- Provide a forum for all grades of anaesthetists in the West of Scotland with an interest in obstetric anaesthesia and analgesia.
- Augment educational input for anaesthetists, midwives and obstetric anaesthetic assistants.
- Promoting communication between anaesthetists provide support for anaesthetists providing obstetric anaesthetic services in small units and difficult locations.
Membership
Membership shall be invited from anaesthetists (of any grade) with an interest in obstetric anaesthesia. There is at present no membership fee. Further details

Scientific Meetings
Scientific meetings shall be held three times a year. Any anaesthetist (of any grade) may attend the Scientific meetings. Some of the meeting topics may
also be of interest to obstericians, anaesthetic nurses, ODPs, midwives or other health professionals.
